Assistant Accountant

• Handle daily accounting operation including full set of accounts, month end closing, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Handle accounts payable and cost control function to ensure the completeness and accuracy of records.
• Maintain proper, updated and accurate records of account receivable, perform debts chasing function and deliver timely and accurate receivables reports.
• Provide timely and accurate management reports.
• Assist in safeguarding office's assets, including maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and handling insurance matters.
• Prepare minutes and resolutions for Company and ensure the secretarial records are in compliance with all legal and professional requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, prepare and analyze statutory accounts for Inland Revenue Dept.
• Systems implementation.
• Handle ad-hoc assignment.

Jobs requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or related disciplines.

• At least 3 years’ accounting experience.

• Good language skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin.

• Good computer knowledge, strong in Excel is a must, knowledge in Sage system would be an advantage.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
