Assistant Accountant

We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated Accounts and Audit Assistant to join our tax and audit team. The ideal candidate will have practical exposure to Accounting, direct and indirect taxation and routine regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare audit working papers, financial statements, and draft audit reports.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, HUFs, partnership firms, Societies and corporate clients.
• Compute and manage TDS/TCS liabilities, ensure timely deposit of tax, and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 121, 138, 140 etc.).
• Indirect Tax & GST Compliance:
• File regular GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist in annual returns (GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C).
• Perform input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs. Books).
• Accounting & Regulatory Support:
• Perform general ledger scrutiny and financial statement analysis.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com/M.Com cleared (Articleship completed preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an audit firm.
• Hands-on expertise with Tally Prime / ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and tax filing software.
• Knowledge of the Income Tax Portal and GST Portal.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
