As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage full-set accounting for assigned subsidiaries, including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
• Perform monthly intercompany and bank reconciliations, including monitoring cash movements and fixed deposit placements.
• Prepare tax computations, statutory filings, and quarterly GST submissions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports in compliance with IFRS and support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and Group reporting.
• Support audit, sustainability, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting requirements across the Group.
• Collect and analyse Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data to monitor sustainability performance and ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards and regulations.
• Support sustainability initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, and/or a recognised professional accounting qualification.
