Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities

• Ensure all the accounting entries are properly take up and documented.

• Monthly update and close foreign debtors and foreign currency account.

• Prepare audit schedule for audit purpose.

• Assist in preparing tax listing for tax computation purpose.

• Handle SST and e-invoicing matters, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

• Undertake other ad hoc jobs from time to time as improvement process.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Executive Director Finance/ Senior Accountant from time to time.

Qualification and Experience

a) Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

b) Min 2 years of audit / commercial working experience.(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

c) Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is essential.

d) Willing to learn, responsible and possess good working attitude.
