Assistant Accountant

**Intro:**We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant for a leading NFP organisation They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers.

It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas.You will play a crucial role in supporting an acquisition of a small business into the shared service environment. It's a close knit finance team and you'll be reporting to the Finance Manager.

This is a 4 months temporary contract with P/T hours - 3 days per week, offering hybrid working arrangements.
Your responsibilities:

• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations, GL and journals
• Inter company transactions and processing debtor invoices
• Supporting with month end reports, supporting schedules and financial information for review
• Supporting the Finance Manager with the BAU tasks with the new acquisition
• Ad-hoc accounting tasks

What experience will you have:

• 5+ years of experience in the accounting domain
• Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
• Experience in TechOne (CIA) is preferred
