ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Location: Aspropyrgos Attiki

Job Brief

If you are looking for an exciting work environment, we are seeking an assistant accountant to join our excellent team, based in Aspropyrgos! As an Assistant Accountant you will have the following responsibilities:

• Data Entries
• Booking of invoices.
• Reconciliation of data entries between different systems.
• Review of My Data entries and process of corrections if required.
• Reconciliation of My Data entries versus vendors’ uploaded transactions.
• Control of data in My Data platform and reconciliation with tax submissions.
• Support daily operations of accounting department.
  • Reconciliation of revenue entries between different systems.
  • Reconciliation of My Data revenue entries.
• Support in audits and Month & Year-end closing procedures and reconciliation.
• Administrative tasks.
• Participating in ad-hoc projects and tasks.
• Handling & monitoring internal business requests.

Candidate profile

• Degree in accounting or finance
• 2 years of finance or accounting experience
• Computer use competency (MS Office, ERP – SoftOne ERP experience will be considered an asset)
• Fluency in English
• Accountability, accuracy and ownership
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork spirit

Compensation package

• Monthly gross salary ranges from €1,300 to €1,700, depending on prior experience and responsibilities.
