Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day billing and invoice preparation
• Work efficiently on BUSY Accounting Software
• Maintain and update accounting records and entries
• Manage proper filing and documentation of bills, invoices and other records
• Maintain purchase and sales-related records
• Perform basic data entry and accounting-related tasks
• Coordinate and communicate professionally with customers, vendors and team members when required
• Maintain accuracy while entering and managing financial data
• Complete assigned office and accounting tasks on time

Candidate Requirements

• Good working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software
• Good typing speed and computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-organized and responsible
• Quick learner with a willingness to learn new processes
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
