Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and disciplined Assistant Accountant to join our team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, preparing financial records, and assisting in reporting tasks.

Key Competencies & Requirements

English proficiency: Strong written communication skills.

Accounting principles: Sound understanding of journal entries and basic accounting principles

Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and formulas.

Computer literacy: Excellent typing speed and overall computer knowledge.

Analytical skills: Ability to interpret and analyze financial data.

Financial statements: Understanding of balance sheets and trial balances.

Growth mindset: Willingness to learn and grow in finance and accounting.

Discipline: Punctuality, adherence to company policies, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: B.Com Graduate.

Prior experience in an accounting role will be an advantage.

Candidates with previous experience working in a CA firm will be preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
