What they need
We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our growing, dynamic team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Assess and validate invoices
-Issue checks and make payments
-File paid invoices, billing packages, supplier waivers, and check copies
-Prepare and send billing packages
-Collect payments from customers
- Payroll
- Some administrative support
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
-Good verbal & written communication skills
-1 to 2 years accounting experience is preferred, but not necessary, training will be provided
We offer health insurance, dental insurance, 401K and PTO after probation. We also offer bonus based on employee’s performance. H1B sponsorship will be offered if needed
