Job Description

Kasa Feed Mills Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team at Shambhu, Rajpura. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and ledger entries.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash book maintenance.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support monthly and yearly account closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and other departments as required.
• Handle inventory and stock-related accounting records.

Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
