Min 4 years of experience in UAE Jewelry manufacturing industry and well-known skill on VAT filing and AML.

Note: Other industry accounting aspirants shall not be eligible for applying this position.

Salary: 4000 to 5000 AED + other benefits.

Job location: Dubai production city.

Notice period: 15 to 20 days ready to join

Job description:

1. Cash Management: Handling main cash and petty cash, including daily balance updates in the group.

2. Bank Reconciliation: Monitoring PDC cheques and payments against the daily bank statement and updating the system accordingly.

3. Purchase & Expense Entries: Recording day-to-day purchase and expense transactions in the system.

4. Supplier Reconciliation: Preparing monthly supplier payment reconciliations.

5. Import Purchases: Handling import purchases and coordinating the clearance of imported goods.

6. KYC Documentation: Handling KYC documents and following up on pending requirements.

7. AML Compliance: Handling AML-related matters and maintaining the required records.

8. VAT Compliance: Preparing VAT reports and filing VAT returns on time.

9. Audit Support: Providing the necessary documents and support to auditors during the audit of accounts.

10. Budget Preparation: Preparing the budget

11. Monthly P&L: Preparing monthly department-wise Profit & Loss Accounts.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
