We are Urgently hiring for Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting operations, GST compliance, banking, invoicing, and financial record maintenance. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally and a good understanding of basic accounting principles .

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Record and maintain financial transactions using Tally or similar accounting software.
• Assist in GST compliance, e-Invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
• Assist with TDS calculations and related compliance.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable and track outstanding payments.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
• Assist the Senior Accountant with monthly closing, year-end accounts finalization, and audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com preferred.
• Experience: 01 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Mandatory: Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
