Assistant Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Accountant to support the accounts department in maintaining financial records, managing daily accounting activities, and ensuring accurate documentation of all financial transactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, bills, and invoices.
• Assist in preparing sales and purchase entries in accounting software.
• Handle cash, bank, and expense entries and maintain proper records.
• Verify bills, payment receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist in GST-related documentation and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
• Coordinate with branch offices and the Head Office for accounting records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification: B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.

Experience: Min 2 years of experience in accounting.

Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel, understanding of accounting principles, accuracy in data entry, good communication skills, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
