Assistant Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Record financial transactions in accounting software and Excel.
• Assist in bank and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and organize accounting documents.
• Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and monthly statements.
• Support the senior accountant with daily accounting tasks.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience; freshers are welcome.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.

Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
