Assistant Accountant

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements by reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes by processing invoices and tracking payments, ensuring timely collections.
• Contribute to the budgeting process by gathering financial data and assisting in variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Preparation of data for filing VAT returns, Corporate tax returns & Supervise E-Invoicing platform.
• Assist in improvement of present reports and analyze them.
• Stock verification on regular basis and help eliminate shortages and improve procurement.
• Candidate has to fit and no medical issues which may lead to inconsistency in attending duty.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in financial principles.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial operations.
• Experience in the industry of finance, manufacturing, or retail is a plus, enabling familiarity with sector-specific accounting practices.
