職位：Assistant Accountant (JAC/ACC)

單位：灣仔總會

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting or above
2. LCCI Level 2 or above in accounting (preferred)
3. At least 3 years’ of relevant working experience
4. Proficient in MS office Excel & Word are essential
5. Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Immediate availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Review and verify financial documents submitted by service units to ensure compliance with internal policies
2. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time in accordance with internal controls and procedures
3. Perform monthly and year-end closing activities
4. Perform surprise cash counts and fixed asset counts at selected service units
5. Assist in annual statutory audits and funding project audits
6. Participate in the annual budgeting
7. Perform UAT for a new system
8. Coordinate with the service units to ensure smooth operational flow
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
