Assistant Accountant / Senior Accounting Officer (Ref No.: AAASO/1208/26)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for month-end and year-end closing, financial analysis and preparation of management reporting package
• Lead junior accounting staff in various accounting matters
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/audit, 3 years of which in a supervisory capacity
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• HKICPA qualification or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of accounting system (JDE Edwards) is preferred
• Able to work independently and as a reliable team member
• Accomplished multi-tasking and project management skills, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• High level of integrity, mature, responsible and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Workbuddy, Manus) to enhance daily work efficiency
• Immediate availability preferred
