ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT – SERVICED APARTMENTS

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 4 years' accounting experience, preferably in property or hotel industry
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills with good numerical sense
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Positive attitude, flexible, independent, and well-organized

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting and finance operation, including bank reconciliation and updating leasing records
• Handle rental collection, deposit refund and expenses settlement
• Prepare month-end report and breakdown schedules
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
