Assistant Accounting Head

The Assistant Accounting Head assists the Accounting Head in managing the daily operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of accounting transactions, financial reports, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements. The position supports the implementation of accounting policies and internal controls, monitors the performance of accounting personnel, and helps ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable accounting standards.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, financial schedules, and other management reports.

2. Analyze account balances and investigate discrepancies or unusual transactions.

3. Monitor expenses and assist in comparing actual expenditures against approved budgets.

4. Prepare supporting schedules and reports required by Management.

5. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data before submission to the Accounting Head.

Internal Controls and Audit

1. Help implement and monitor accounting procedures and internal controls.

2. Ensure that financial transactions are supported by complete documentation and the required approvals.

3. Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and accounting issues and recommend corrective actions.

4. Assist in preparing audit schedules and responding to audit queries.

5. Monitor the resolution of audit findings and implementation of corrective measures.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
