Good command of English skills

• Bookkeeping, Month-end closing and year-end closing
• Handle G/L, details of account and reports
• Handle Accounts Receivable and collect debts
• Prepare payroll for office staff and relevant reports
• Prepare PND.54, PP.36, PP.30, and PND.50
• Perform monthly sales reconciliaton
• Prepare details and reports relevant to BOI and tax
• Approve petty cash
• Sign invoices and tax invoices
• Liaise with auditor and Revenue department for F/S audit and tax audit
• Ensure the accounting systems are in accordance with GAAP, policies and procedures
• Ensure the statutory compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Other tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager
