Assistant Accounting Manager

我們的客戶是一間JP公司(MNC) , 位置尖沙咀海港城 , 現在會計團隊擁有一個中級的空缺 , 現正尋找一位擁有穩定工作背景及監管下屬經驗的求職者 , 詳細的學歷/工作要求及福利資料的資料如下 :

＊這個職位近10年內的工作經驗必需要擁有Trading / Factory背景，當中最少擁有3年以上監管地本同事的經驗＊

Responsibilities :

• Supervise the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting function.
• Handle full set of accounting and ensure accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management reports.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives, including ERP , SAP system related processes.
• Report to Account Manager

Requirement :

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• 5 - 10 years+ STABLE of relevant working experience , at least 3 year+ supervisory small team experience is must
• Candidates experience in Trading / Factory background is an advantage.
• Solid experience in handling full set of accounts & Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP , ERP system.
• Native in Cantonese , Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications in MS-Word , Excel and Chinese inputting is preferable
• Short noted or Immediate is an advnatage
