We are a growing manufacturing company in Thailand specializing in tools, magnets, and hardware. As we continue expanding, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to support our Accounting Manager with day-to-day bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing basic financial statements and internal reports.
• Handle invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and petty cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial records.
• Support the transition and setup of the accounting system during the early growth phase.
• Work closely with management and external accounting professionals when needed.
• Ensure documents are filed and stored in an organized and compliant manner.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or Associates in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
• Chinese or English skills are a plus but not mandatory.
