Position Overview

The Assistant Accounting Manager plays a critical role in supporting the financial and accounting operations of Autocorp Holding PCL. You will be responsible for overseeing the organization's accounting strategies, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This role focuses on supervising financial closings, performing in-depth Budgeting & Variance Analysis, and spearheading process improvements to maximize departmental efficiency while providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Financial Governance & Compliance: Oversee and manage comprehensive accounting and financial strategies to ensure precision and strict adherence to Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and tax laws.
• 📈 In-depth Analysis & Reporting: Supervise the month-end/year-end closing processes. Prepare and present financial statements, including robust Budgeting & Variance Analysis, to deliver actionable insights for senior management’s strategic planning.
• 💡 Strategic Planning & System Optimization: Manage corporate income tax planning and inventory audit schedules. Lead the initiative to innovate, streamline, and enhance internal accounting workflows to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
• 👥 Leadership & Talent Development: Monitor and validate accounting entries while supervising departmental operations. Act as a mentor by identifying and providing professional development programs to empower the team and foster career growth.
