Assistant Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily operations of the accounting department and ensures accuracy of financial reporting.
• Prepares and reviews financial statements, disbursements, payables, receivables, payroll, and related reports.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, BOI, PEZA, LGU) and timely submission of mandatory reports.
• Establishes departmental goals, policies, and procedures, and manages staff performance and development.
• Maintains custody of books of accounts and performs other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Financial Management graduate.

• Over 7 years of related work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Knowledge in management accounting, accounting standards, taxation, budgeting and financial analysis

• Proficient in Accounting Software

• Can start ASAP
