Are you a detail-driven, tech-curious finance professional ready to build solid expertise in either General Ledger or Accounts Receivable? We’re looking for a proactive Assistant Accounting Officer to join either our GL or AR team, depending on business needs and your strengths.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable functions, sales reconciliations, bank receipt operations, and collection follow-up.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, prepare routine journal entries, and support bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support daily cash flow monitoring, payment arrangements, and basic banking / treasury operations.
• Assist in updating fixed asset registers, inter-company schedules, and keep accounting records audit-ready.
• Prepare basic business and financial analysis reports and support ad hoc projects.
• Actively leverage AI tools, Excel automation, macros, and smart workflows to reduce manual work and improve productivity.

Who we’re looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience (AR or GL preferred). Motivated fresh graduates with strong Excel skills and genuine interest in latest technology are welcome.
• Enthusiastic about digital tools and process improvement.
• Prior exposure to F&B, FMCG, or Retail is a plus.
• Strong numerical sense, high attention to detail, proactive learning attitude, and good team collaboration skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
