(Assistant) Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Process accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing and recording customer payments.

• Process accounts payable (AP), including verifying invoices and preparing payment runs.

• Reconciliation of vendor statements, ledger and accounts.

• Monitor bank payments and transactions according to internal policies.

• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in a timely manner

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

• Perform ad-hoc accounting projects, assignments and duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, good command of English,Cantonese and Mandarin

• At least 2 years of solid accounting experience.

• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Well-organized, Self-motivated & Independent, hardworking and detail oriented

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Accounting Assistant

• Immediate available is preferred
