Assistant / Accounting Supervisor

Our client is a well-established Japanese Trading Company looking for an Assistant / Accounting Supervisor to join their Finance Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare divisional budgets, balance sheets, and divisional financial reports; oversee intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, and cash control.
• Supervise accounts payable (AP) processes and verify vendor payments.
• Handle expense accruals and manage internal Vendor Portal verification.
• Oversee leasing documentation workflows, multi-currency exchange rate calculations and corporate advance payments.
• Support the team and management in ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of solid accounting experience in Trading or Manufacturing are preferred.
• Experience with Epicor, SAP, or Navision systems is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
