Assistant Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities (Office Location Janakpuri - Delhi)

1. Revenue agreement to Sales invoices (E-invoice), Daily accounting and voucher filling review, answering emails and interaction with employees and stakeholders.
2. Heading payables for company vendors, agreements, guest house etc.
3. Capable of handling team and multiple tasks efficiently. Good english and writing communications.
4. Performing reconciliations, reviewing salary and posting and reconciliation of PF Deposit, Gratuity and leave encashment compliance, GST Compliance, ensuring full compliance of income tax ,GST(R1,3B,9,9C).
5. TDS/TCS deductions and filling of returns no error.
6. Bank Payments, Travelling expenses verification (Happay software) and payment- All Software. Preparing MIS and verification of various compliances applicable.
7. Must have a proven track record of handling end-to-end team handling and accounting functions with accuracy and professionalism.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to maintain healthy client relationships and efficient team collaboration.
9. Returns and Payments, ROC TDS Deductions, Payments and Returns, Fixed Assets register maintenance, Income tax return filing.
10. Accounting and review of day-to-day transactions, MIS Reports (Excel and Google Sheets)
11. Interaction with senior management.
12. Income Tax Return Knowledge Preferred.
13. Working of CA firm with good accounting and reconciliation skills are prefereable.
14. Immediate joiner also would be good.
