What they need
- Review payment vouchers, financial statements, GST filings, and audited reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Correspond with clients on accounting matters and provide clear financial clarifications on MCST accounts
- Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements including tax filings to IRAS and CPF contributions
- Coordinate handover and takeover processes for new or ceased projects to facilitate smooth financial transitions
- Supervise, train, and mentor new staff to uphold accounting standards and improve operational efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and cash flow management forestate operations
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, CPF Board, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory reporting obligations
- Support council and general meetings by preparing financial reports, documentation, and clarifications as required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support business needs
