Assistant Accounts Manager

Job Requirements

• University degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related discipline;

• Holder of LCC Level 3 or above;

• HKICPA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is an advantage;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role;

• Familiar with full set of accounting reports; experience in cross-regional / multi-subsidiary financial management;

• Familiar with Hong Kong tax filing, audit processes, and related compliance requirements;

• Proficient in ERP systems and various office software (especially Excel);

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; able to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions;

• Meticulous, highly responsible, well-organized, and principled;

• Possess crisis management skills and team management experience;

• Able to handle accounts of branches in China and Southeast Asia; experience in a freight forwarding company is preferred;

• Good team player with the ability to delegate, monitor progress, and coach subordinates;

• Well-organized, independent, and detail-oriented;

• Good analytical, interpersonal, and supervisory skills;

• Fluent in Putonghua and English;

• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Location: Tsuen Wan
• 5-day work week
• Working hours: 09:00–17:30
