Assistant Accounts Manager

We are looking for an entry-level Accounts & Internal Audit Executive to support the Head Office Accounts team and assist in monitoring financial and operational processes across our factories and branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, entries, reconciliations and documentation.
• Assist in verification of invoices, expenses, payments and other financial records.
• Conduct regular checks and basic internal audits of branch/factory accounts and processes.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documentation and process gaps.
• Regularly coordinate with factories and branches to ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related work.
• Maintain trackers for pending items and actively follow up until closure.
• Prepare basic MIS, audit observations and reports for management.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers may also apply.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting, MS Excel and preferably Tally.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and organised.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to understand both accounting and operational processes.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable regularly coordinating with different factory and branch teams to ensure that work is completed accurately and on time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
