Assistant Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle client onboarding and account management activities.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and support teams.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and client reports.
• Track account performance and identify business growth opportunities.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and relationship meetings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Prepare MIS reports and account performance reports.
• Monitor invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and collections.
• Support revenue growth and achieve account targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Statutory Compliance Responsibilities

• Maintain employee and company records related to ESI and PF compliance.
• Assist in ESI and PF registration, contribution calculation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly PF and ESI processing.
• Verify employee details and ensure statutory records are updated.
• Support audits and compliance-related documentation.
• Maintain payroll-related reports and employee records.
