Assistant Accounts Manager

• Daily & Monthly Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, and bank reconciliations.
• Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile property management system (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) data for rooms, food & beverage (F&B), and other operational revenues.
• Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and budget-versus-actual analysis for senior management and owners.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in creating annual budgets, cash flow projections, and financial planning.
• Statutory & Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filings and adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other local labor or financial regulations.
• Payroll & Vendor Management: Oversee staff wage/salary calculations, payroll processing, vendor invoices, and collections on city ledgers.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits while resolving billing disputes or financial discrepancies.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide the property's accounts and night audit teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
