Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn US Healthcare RCM
- Must be comfortable working Night Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding claims
- Handle claim status, denials, and rejections
- Maintain accurate claim documentation
- Meet productivity and quality targets
