• Project Timeline Management: Serve as the SPOC for all operations-related communication. Coordinate with global/supply points to build and manage project timelines, ensure commitment delivery; Proactively identify and drive opportunities to accelerate time-to-market.
• Supply Chain Risk Management: Input and pro-actively flag risks related to inventory, W/O and production capacity/scheduling etc. and develop mitigation plans.
• Master data set up: PAF (Product Application Form) creation and end-to-end master data step-up for new products; For PIPO (Phase-In/Phase-Out) projects, align with Marketing, Sales and Logistics team to establish clear master date change rules and guidelines.
• PIPO(Phase-In/Phase-Out) Management: Coordinate with Supply, Marketing, Sales and project team to ensure smooth transitions during PIPO phases, achieving ＂zero leftover stock, minimum write-off, and minimal shortages＂ while reducing changeover costs.
• Additional Key Activities: Input new product volume forecasts into IBP to support risk & opportunity analysis; AW validation and sign-off (Oneflow, prepress, photos etc.); Oversee customs clearance documentation to ensure compliance; New factory system flow setup

Job Requirement

• Minimum3 years of experience in supply chain with solid operational management exposure
• Strong activity management skills, especially in communication and coordination.
• Ability to control loss and drive continuous improvement
• Fluent English, both in writing and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree or above
