Assistant Admin and Asset Management

Position Title: Assistant, Admin and Asset Management (Project-Based)

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update asset inventory records, including asset issuance, transfer, return, and disposal.

Track and monitor company assets such as laptops, mobile devices, office equipment, and furniture.

Coordinate asset assignments and retrievals for onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.

Conduct periodic asset audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Prepare asset management reports and documentation.

Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests.

Provide general administrative support, including filing, recordkeeping, scheduling, and correspondence.

Ensure proper safekeeping of company records and compliance with internal policies.

About you

6 months to 1 year experience or relevant internship experience

Open to Fresh Graduates

Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications and basic accounting skills

Graduate of any 4-year business or finance course

Willing to work under project-based set up (reliver)
