Job description:

Responsibilities

• Submit Daily Plan OT into STM Portal
• Submit Bus Transport
• Entering of WTS (Sub-Contractor quota to enter yard)
• Job Number and Manhour Entry in SAP
• DRL & Issue of consumable & Stationary
• Photocopy of Drawing/Document
• Office Housekeeping
• Receive, Record, Issue of Project Drawing
• EHS Briefing name list and attendance Record
• Dispatch of Leave Form & Home Leave.
• Recording and Filing of MC, Leave Form, Home Leave, Single Clock, ABC form
• Collecting mail from letter box
• Maintain noticeboard
• Update Training schedule for the department and inform Supervisor
• Dispatch of Job Completion report to CSB and CSR department
• SAP Extract and update Consumable usage record
• Maintaining and filing of Repair work specifications
• Compiling and raising of RFI to QA Dept

Requirements

• GCE O Level
• Preferably 2 years working experience in similar capacity
• Computer savvy
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong teamwork

Other Information

• Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
