Assistant Administration Manager - Data Science & Governance

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Data Science & Governance and management team on day-to-day initiatives and departmental activities.
• Coordinate meetings, timelines, deliverables and planning activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in budget administration, accounts and access control management, and general department administration.
• Support project coordination and help ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Foster effective collaboration across teams and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management standards.

Requirements

• University degree holder.
• Strong coordination and administrative support experience.
• Interest in data, technology and business operations.
• Good project coordination and time management skills.
• Detail-minded, organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer.
