Assistant Administration Officer (Permanent Position, 5-days working)

• Responsibilities:

  Ÿ  Support Administration Team on daily operation including storage arrangement, purchase and management of office supplies, monitor office maintenance work etc.

  Ÿ  Maintain filing system and confidential information; ensure protection of confidential information at all times

  Ÿ  Rotation of Lunch duty at Reception, act as back up Receptionist when necessary

  Ÿ  Work with the Office Assistant Team on arrangement of internal/ external delivery

  Ÿ  Support to Typing Team on preparing client’s document

  Ÿ  Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

  Ÿ  May travel to Shenzhen office occasionally.

  Requirement:

  Ÿ  High Diploma or above

  Ÿ  With at least 3 years’ administrative experience; experience in professional firm is surely an advantage

  Ÿ  Receptionist experience or team serving experience is highly valued

  Ÿ  At least 40 wpm in English & 30 wpm in Chinese of typing speed

  Ÿ  Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Word and Chinese Word Processing

  Ÿ  A team player with good communication skill

  Ÿ  Candidate with Immediately availability is preferred
