  • Prepare clear project updates, performance reports, and recommendations for senior management
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities among Farm Development, Field Agronomists, Sourcing, and Factory Operations teams
  • Identify potential agricultural supply-chain risks, maintain risk registers, and follow up on mitigation actions across regional supply areas
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution, supply reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Lead the implementation and expansion of agricultural extension programs, including clean-stem distribution, high-yield variety adoption, and model-farm development
  • Develop and strengthen direct partnerships with farmers, farming communities, cooperatives, and other strategic agricultural partners
  • Establish structured farmer-engagement frameworks, including digital farmer registration, loyalty-tier programs, and incentive schemes
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) and Preferred Supplier Agreements with key partners

Qualifications

  2. At least 3 years of experience in agricultural extension, agricultural sourcing, farm development, or related project management.
  3. Experience in project planning, coordination, and performance monitoring, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  4. Good understanding of agricultural supply chains, raw material costs, and crop quality management.
  5. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  7. Experience working with farmers, cooperatives, raw material supplier networks, or field teams is preferred.
  8. Willing and able to travel regularly to agricultural sites and factories in upcountry areas.
