Assistant AI Security Solutions Manager

Responsibilities:

• AI Security Solution Planning: Lead the planning and development of solutions that integrate AI with cybersecurity. Explore the application of LLMs, Agentic AI and related technologies in security operations, offensive security, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and other security scenarios, and contribute to the development of the company’s AI security technology roadmap and solution portfolio.
• Solution and Architecture Design: Design AI security solutions, technical architectures and implementation roadmaps based on customer business requirements, security needs and existing IT environments. Translate business requirements into practical system capabilities, technical components and solution architectures.
• Customer and Project Support: Support domestic and international customers through technical discussions, solution presentations, workshops, tenders and other pre-sales activities. Work closely with sales, product, R&D and cybersecurity teams to drive project implementation and delivery.
• Demo and POC Validation: Lead or participate in the design and validation of AI security demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs). Demonstrate sufficient hands-on technical capability to understand and work with code, APIs, security tools and LLM-related technologies.
• Solution Productization: Transform project experience and capabilities into standardized and reusable solutions, reference architectures, Agents, Skills/Tools, knowledge bases and standard POC packages, improving solution reusability and scalability.
• Technology Innovation and Ecosystem Research: Track developments in AI Security, Agent technologies and cybersecurity. Evaluate relevant commercial products and open-source technologies, and explore new Human + AI collaborative approaches to cybersecurity.
• International Business Support: Support overseas AI security projects by adapting solutions to different countries, industries and customer environments, and help drive project delivery, replication and international expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, software development or solution consulting, with relevant experience in solution design, technical architecture or customer-facing technical support.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, with experience or knowledge in one or more areas such as SOC/SIEM/SOAR, security operations, penetration testing, vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
• Good understanding of large language models and Generative AI, with practical knowledge or hands-on experience in technologies such as LLMs, Agents, RAG, Context Engineering and MCP.
• Strong solution design and technical architecture capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into system architectures, technical components and implementation plans.
• Good hands-on technical skills, with familiarity in one or more technologies such as Python, Linux, Docker, Git, Shell scripting and REST APIs, and the ability to develop or validate demos and POCs.
• Experience in solution design and project delivery, with a good understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, POC, tendering, implementation and acceptance.
• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to independently prepare solution proposals, technical bids and customer presentation materials.
• Good command of English, with the ability to conduct technical discussions and prepare technical and solution documents in English.
