What they need
Responsibilities:
* Design, drawing preparation, authority submission, tender/construction drawings, site & client meetings
* Work with international clients & multinational companies
Requirements:
* LAM or equivalent Part 1 or 2
* 1–5 years' experience; fresh grads encouraged
* Proficient in AutoCAD and computer literacy for architectural work
* Understanding of local authority & statutory requirements
* Able to work with BIM (Revit) is a must / added advantage
* Good English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speakers given priority
* Self-motivated, independent, creative & cheerful
* Own transport required
* Willing to be based in Kulim if needed
