Travel: Extensive PAN India travel to school campuses and project sites

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Assistant Architect with experience in institutional and residential projects. The role involves architectural design, impactful 2D/ 3D drawings, project execution, school infrastructure development, renovation, maintenance, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs, detailed working drawings, and impactful 2D/3D visualizations.
• Design and execute new school infrastructure, additional floors, renovations, and refurbishment projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and school stakeholders.
• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, technical specifications, and project bills.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and design specifications.

Requirements:

• B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Experience in institutional and residential projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office. Experience in design development, site execution, renovation, maintenance, BOQs, and project coordination.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
