JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Job Title: Junior Architect
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Experience: Freshers (post-internship) to 2 Years
Salary: ₹10k – ₹25k per month (₹1L – ₹3L per year)
Work Location: In person

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. We welcome fresh B.Arch graduates who have completed their internship, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Development: Assist in creating architectural designs and detailed drawings using CAD or equivalent software.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Documentation: Prepare construction documents, specifications, and budgets.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Research: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and building codes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experience: Fresh graduates who have completed their architecture internship, or up to 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), strong design and visualization skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp.
