Assistant/ Assistant Officer, Human Resources (C&B)

Job Responsibilities:

1.     Assist in various HR supports including staff off-boarding, work visa renewal, contract renewal and staff probation process, rental reimbursement, final payment processing etc.;

2.     Maintain staff movement records and accurate employee profiles in HR system and filing system;

3.     Prepare and support the drafting of regular and ad-hoc HR reports, ensuring data accuracy, clear structure;

4.     Support organizing employee wellness activities and provide support in benefits administration;

5.     Coordinate team/ department meetings and provide general administrative supports;

6.     Provide support in annual exercises & projects, including vendor contract renewal, salary review, annual tax reporting, absence management and performance management;

7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1.     University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

2.     Well organized, flexible and strong sense of responsibility

3.     Strong MS Excel skills, numerate and attentive to details

4.     Proficient at MS Word and PowerPoint

5.     Good communication skills with a good command of both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage

6.     0-2 years of HR experience preferably with financial institutions, or sizeable companies

University fresh graduate will also be considered
