Assistant Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of our Singapore audit clients across diversified industries.
• Serve as the main liaison point between the firm and clients, providing timely responses to client inquiries and needs, and maintaining regular contact throughout the audit process.
• Ensure audit assignments are completed in a timely manner and within the agreed budget.
• Prepare forecasted billings and manage cash collection.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance.
• To Assist IT Team to build AI Tools for audit procedure

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA Australia).
• At least 3 years of working experience in a public accounting firm (candidates with Big International accounting firms experience are advantageous).
• Experience managing a portfolio of diversified clients, including both MNCs and SMEs.
• Strong initiative and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of international accounting principles and financial reporting frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
