We’re looking for:
1 Assistant Baker – Viennoiseries & Bread
1 Assistant Baker – Pastry
Duties & Responsibilities
Bread & Viennoiseries
- Knowledge of using a dough sheeter
- Knows how to laminate dough and make different kinds of croissants, or has basic knowledge of the process
- Knows how to ferment dough
- Knows how to shape and roll different types of bread
- Pastry
- Knowledge of making pies, tarts, cakes, and other pastries
Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
