Position: Assistant Bar Manager

We’re looking for someone who:

1. Has proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment
2. Has strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and cocktail standards
3. Is able to support and supervise the bar team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service
4. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
5. Is able to assist with inventory management, stock control, and maintaining beverage cost efficiency
6. Is proactive, organized, responsible, and confident in handling operational challenges
7. Is flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
