Assistant Bar Manager

We're hiring — Assistant Manager

Mojitos in Bamford is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our small, friendly team.

We're a little wine bar with a loyal local crowd, so we're after someone warm, reliable and happy to muck in — as comfortable chatting to regulars as they are getting stuck into the practical side of running the place.

What the role involves:

• Looking after the bar and team on shift
• Handling cash, tilling up and cashing up at the end of the night
• Locking up and closing the bar securely
• Making cocktails (training given if you're not there yet)
• Keeping things running smoothly, stocked and spotless

What we're looking for:

• Must be over 21
• Flexible with hours — evenings and weekends included
• Trustworthy and happy to take responsibility for the bar
• A personal licence is preferable, but not essential
• Willing to learn — we'll train the right person

Bar or hospitality experience is a bonus, but attitude matters more to us than a CV full of job titles.
