Assistant Bar Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing staff, inventory control, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the bar.

Duties

• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Train and mentor bar staff on service standards, cocktail preparation, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the kitchen management team to create complementary drink menus that enhance food offerings.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase bar sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members to build a strong team.
